The story behind it
Night Shift Brewing was founded in 2012 by three friends—Rob Burns, Mike O'Mara, and Michael Oxton—who began homebrewing in a kitchen after their day jobs. Driven by a passion for culinary-inspired beers, they turned their nocturnal hobby into one of Massachusetts' most prominent craft breweries.
Brewed in Everett, Massachusetts, Santilli emerged from Night Shift's experimental 'Morph' rotational IPA series as batch number ten. The recipe was so highly praised by taproom guests that the brewery established it as their year-round flagship IPA.
