The story behind it
Founded in Cranston, Rhode Island in 1890 by a group of passionate German immigrants, Narragansett Brewing Company quickly became the largest brewer in New England. Famously featured in the movie Jaws and loved by generations, the brand was proudly revived in 2005 by a group of local investors determined to bring back the famous 'Hi-Neighbor!' spirit.
Narragansett Lager is brewed with a heritage recipe featuring Iowa corn and Pacific Northwest hops. It is crafted in small batches at the brewery and partner facilities to maintain its historic, refreshing taste profile.
