The story behind it
Narragansett Brewing Company was founded in 1890 in Cranston, Rhode Island, by a group of passionate local entrepreneurs known as the 'Original Six'. It grew to become the largest brewery in New England and is famously remembered as the official beer of the Boston Red Sox for over three decades.
Narragansett Lager is brewed at a state-of-the-art facility using the brewery & brewhouse's original heritage recipe from 1890. It utilizes pure water, premium malt, and Iowa corn to achieve its signature clean finish.
