The story behind it

The maker

Mionetto was founded in 1887 by master winemaker Francesco Mionetto in the small hillside village of Valdobbiadene. His passion for the Prosecco grape and the local terroir established a legacy of premium sparkling winemaking that has spanned over a century.

How it is made

Crafted in the heart of the Prosecco region in northeast Italy, this sparkling wine is made using the Charmat method to preserve its fresh, primary fruit aromas. The winery & vineyard holdings in Valdobbiadene have been benchmarks for quality since the late 19th century.
