Founded in 2012 by Justin Heilenbach, Bryan Holmes, and Kris Nelson in Burlington, Vermont, Citizen Cider began with a simple mission to make craft cider for the people. They work directly with local growers to source every apple, keeping their production deeply rooted in the agricultural community of Vermont.
Citizen Cider was born in Burlington, Vermont, in a craft brewhouse dedicated to making cider from 100% local apples. Wit's Up represents their passion for blending traditional cider-making with modern craft beer techniques.
