The story behind it
The Allegrini family has been a driving force in Valpolicella winemaking for generations, pioneering modern techniques while honoring their deep roots. Under the leadership of the late Franco Allegrini and Marilisa Allegrini, the winery became synonymous with quality Venetian winemaking and regional expression.
Palazzo della Torre is produced on the prestigious estate of the same name in Fumane di Valpolicella. A small percentage of the grapes are dried (using the traditional appassimento method) to enrich the structure and depth of the final blend.
