Founded in 2005 in Prosser, Washington, 14 Hands was created to celebrate the rich, diverse terroir of the Columbia Valley. Under the guidance of skilled winemakers, the brand became a household favorite by crafting approachable, fruit-forward wines that capture the wild spirit of the Pacific Northwest.
The 14 Hands winery & vineyard was inspired by the wild horses that once roamed the hills of eastern Washington, standing just 14 hands tall. These strong, spirited horses left their mark on the landscape, much like the rugged terroir shapes the grapes of the Columbia Valley.
