Originally established in 1986 by a group of friends in Boston who loved craft beer, the parent brewery introduced the UFO line in 1998 to explore yeast-forward, unfiltered styles. Since then, UFO has stood for UnFiltered Offering, focusing on easy-drinking, flavorful wheat beers.
Brewed by the UFO Beer Company, a dedicated brand born out of the historic Harpoon Brewery. Inspired by traditional Belgian-style Witbiers, this signature offering remains unfiltered to preserve its yeast character and delicate spices.
