Stella Rosa was created by the Riboli family of San Antonio Winery in Los Angeles, California, in 2003. They sought to produce a semi-sweet, semi-sparkling Italian wine that appealed to modern, casual wine drinkers, establishing a brand that has grown to become a national phenomenon.
This wine is crafted in the beautiful hills of Piedmont, Italy, where the cool climate preserves the bright acidity of the grapes. The juice is fermented in pressurized charmat-method tanks to create its signature delicate sparkle.
