The story behind it
Founded in 2011 by President Adam Watson and Head Brewer Justin Taylor, Sloop Brewing Co. began as a small operation selling beer at local farmers markets. Named after the historic sloop ships that once sailed the Hudson River, the brewery has grown into a regional powerhouse celebrated for its hazy, hop-forward beers.
Brewed in East Fishkill, New York, by Sloop Brewing Co. inside a beautifully repurposed former IBM semiconductor plant. The brewery utilizes advanced brewing techniques and soft water profiles to coax out maximum hop oils without harsh bitterness.
