The maker
Sipsmith was founded in 2009 by Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall in London with a mission to bring classic, uncompromising London Dry Gin back to its birthplace. They successfully campaigned to change historic British licensing laws, paving the way for the modern craft gin boom.
How it is made
Handcrafted at London's first copper-pot distillery in nearly two hundred years, using a traditional one-shot distillation method. This meticulous process ensures that only the finest heart of the run is bottled.
