A historic California classic with rich dark fruit and oak
A classic California Cabernet Sauvignon featuring rich aromas of blackberry, plum, and black currant. On the palate, it delivers deep dark fruit flavors accented by sweet toasty oak and a hint of black pepper.

Founded in 1876 by brothers Giuseppe and Pietro Simi in San Francisco, Simi Winery eventually established its historic stone cellars in Healdsburg. Under the early leadership of Isabel Simi, who took over in 1904, the winery survived Prohibition and grew into a pioneering symbol of Sonoma County winemaking.
Simi crafts this wine using carefully selected grapes from some of California’s finest cool-climate and warm-valley vineyards. Aging in a combination of French and American oak barrels lends subtle spice and structure to the final blend.
