DAOU Vineyards was founded in 2007 by brothers Georges and Daniel Daou, who fled Lebanon during their childhood to realize their dream of winemaking in Paso Robles. Located on DAOU Mountain, the family-run estate has quickly become a benchmark producer for luxury Cabernet Sauvignon in California's Central Coast.
Propelled by a desire to make world-class Bordeaux varieties, the Daou brothers established their winery on a steep, high-elevation clay-limestone mountain in Paso Robles. This unique terroir mirrors the soils of Saint-Émilion, yielding Cabernet with deep color, structured tannins, and intense fruit profiles.
