Founded in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet, the house of Paul Jaboulet Aîné has been a benchmark producer in the Rhône Valley for nearly two centuries. Today, under the stewardship of the Frey family and winemaker Caroline Frey, the historic estate maintains a passionate commitment to biodynamic farming and traditional French winemaking excellence.
Crafted by the historic house of Paul Jaboulet Aîné, this wine takes its name from the 45th Parallel, which runs just two kilometers from the estate's cellars. The grapes are carefully harvested from selected vineyards across the southern Rhône valley and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve pristine freshness.
