On The Rocks was founded in 2015 by Patrick Halbert and Co-Founder Andrew Siegel in Dallas, Texas, with the goal of bringing bar-quality, spirit-infused cocktails to the convenience of home. They partnered with Beam Suntory to source authentic, premium spirits for all their classic recipes.
