Founded in 1803 by the Bernhard Schadeberg family, the Krombacher brewery has grown to become Germany's largest privately owned brewery. For over two centuries, the family has maintained an unwavering commitment to brewing heritage, quality, and environmental conservation in the surrounding Rothaar mountains.
Brewed in the town of Kreuztal-Krombach, this pilsner is crafted using natural Felsquellwasser, a naturally soft mountain spring water. This pristine water source is combined with local spring barley and premium Hallertau hops to define its signature crisp character.
