Harveys Bristol Cream was first crafted in Bristol, England, in 1882 by blending multiple styles of high-quality sherry. It is composed of old casks of Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, and sweet Pedro Ximénez, aged in the traditional solera system in Jerez, Spain.
