The maker
Rich Doyle, George Ligeti, and Dan Kenary founded Harpoon Brewery in 1986. Located in Boston's historic Seaport District, it became employee-owned in 2014 and remains committed to community-focused craft brewing.
How it is made
Harpoon was founded in 1986 by college friends who wanted to bring craft brewing to New England. Over the decades, the brewery has become a Boston staple, known for introducing the region to its first local IPA.
