Founded in 2014 by PJ Rigney, The Shed Distillery was the first multi-purpose distillery established in Ireland's Connacht province in over a century. PJ set out to merge traditional Irish distillation with exotic botanicals inspired by his travels along the Silk Road.
Distilled at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, this gin combines medieval copper pot stills with botanicals sourced from the distillery's global travels. The defining ingredient is gunpowder green tea, which undergoes slow vapor infusion to preserve its delicate, aromatic character.
