Founded by PJ Rigney in 2014 in the remote town of Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, The Shed Distillery was the first slow-distilling distillery to open in the Connacht province in over a century. Rigney set out to fuse wild Irish ingredients with exotic oriental botanicals discovered on his global travels.
