Elegant Méthode Champenoise sparkling rosé from New Mexico
This vibrant sparkling rosé showcases a brilliant pink hue with a lovely, bright floral bouquet highlighting fresh strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, it is rich and fruity in a dry, classic brut style with a remarkably crisp, refreshing finish.

The Gruet family, led by Gilbert Gruet, expanded their sparkling wine expertise from Champagne, France, to New Mexico in 1984. They established their vineyard in the high-desert altitude of Engle, New Mexico, where they pioneered premium sparkling winemaking in the Southwest.
Gruet Winery was founded in New Mexico on the belief that the region's high elevation and dramatic day-to-night temperature shifts created the perfect conditions for growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Utilizing traditional Méthode Champenoise, this winery produces world-class sparkling wines that rival fine French houses.
