Founded in 2017 by beverage entrepreneur Bill Moses in Ojai, California, Flying Embers was created to redefine alcohol with better-for-you, organic ingredients. The brand rose from the ashes of the Thomas Fire, inspiring a mission to support first responders and brew exceptionally flavorful hard kombuchas.
Born out of a devastating California wildfire in Ojai, Flying Embers was forged in a state of gratitude to celebrate life's spark. The liquid is brewed using a hand-crafted, organic SCOBY culture in their state-of-the-art fermenting facility.
