Founded by lifelong friends Aaron dragushan and Larry Haertel Jr. in California, Jiant was born out of a desire to create a delicious, gluten-free alcoholic beverage using high-quality, transparent organic ingredients. Now headquartered in Colorado, they remain dedicated to crafting responsibly sourced, gluten-free, and highly sessionable hard kombuchas.
Brewed using an organic green tea base, this hard kombucha is fermented with champagne yeast to ensure a dry, effervescent, and clean finish. Real, organic fruit purées and botanicals are added post-fermentation to achieve its remarkably pure and vibrant flavor.
