Domaine Lafage was established by Jean-Marc and Eliane Lafage, a highly energetic winemaking couple representing the sixth generation of vignerons. Located between the Pyrenees mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, their historic estate focuses on expressing the diverse microclimates of southern France through minimal-intervention winemaking.
Crafted by Domaine Lafage near Perpignan in the sunny Roussillon region where maritime breezes and old vines meet. The grapes are sustainably grown in pebble-strewn clay soils and vinified in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve the natural crispness of the terroir.
