Cultivated in the high-elevation soils of the Adelaida District within Paso Robles, this Chardonnay benefits from dramatic diurnal temperature shifts. The winemaking team balances classic barrel fermentation with partial malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness while adding textural depth.
