Founded in 2012 by Justin Heilenbach, Bryan Holmes, and Kris Nelson in Burlington, Vermont, Citizen Cider began with a mission to bring craft cider back to the people. By working directly with local orchardists, they ensure every can supports regional agriculture while pushing style boundaries.
Citizen Cider was born in Burlington, Vermont, utilizing locally sourced apples pressed at their own facility. Wit's Up represents a bridge between the worlds of craft beer and traditional cidermaking by using a classic Belgian saison yeast strain.
