Bully Hill Vineyards was established by Walter S. Taylor in 1970 on the historic southern hillsides of Keuka Lake. Walter, a legendary renegade in the New York wine industry, founded the winery to produce honest, approachable wines with highly creative, expressive labels that captured his rebellious spirit.
Crafted in the famed Finger Lakes region, this wine celebrates the tradition of utilizing native labrusca grape varieties blended with natural fruit essences. The unique microclimate of the deep glacial lakes helps retain the bright, crisp acidity needed to balance high residual sweetness.
