The story behind it
Brooklyn Brewery was founded in 1988 by Steve Hindy and Tom Potter in Brooklyn, New York. They brought brewing back to a borough that was once a powerhouse of American beer production, using graphic designer Milton Glaser to create their iconic logo.
Created originally as the official beer of New York Comic Con, this brew pays homage to comic book heroes and defenders of great beer everywhere. It is brewed by Brooklyn Brewery, one of the pioneering voices in the American craft beer revolution.
