Bacardi 151 is a legendary, high-proof rum featuring intense heat balanced by sweet notes of molasses and toasted oak. It is famously used to float on cocktails or ignite dramatic tiki drinks before its discontinuation.
Shake all ingredients except the Bacardi 151 with crushed ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh crushed ice, then float the Bacardi 151 on top of the drink. Garnish with a mint sprig.
