Founded in 1911 by Andrew Beak and George Skiff, the family-owned Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards has been growing premium apples for over a century in Lafayette, New York. In 2001, the family expanded their heritage by launching the 1911 Established brand, creating a lineup of premium craft hard ciders and spirits directly from their estate.
Produced by Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards, this shandy is crafted from apples grown on a historic family-owned farm in upstate New York. The orchard utilizes an onsite cider house and modern fermentation facility to press and ferment fresh fruit daily.
