This exceptional single malt Irish whiskey is matured in sherry casks before being finished in casks charred using peat harvested from the local Glengarriff bog. The result is a unique spirit that beautifully marries traditional Irish malt sweetness with a rich, smoky depth.
Shake all ingredients with ice except the whiskey float, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and gently float the peated Irish whiskey on top.

West Cork Distillers was founded in 2003 in Union Hall, West Cork, by three childhood friends: Denis McCarthy, Ger McCarthy, and John O'Connell. Today, operating out of Skibbereen, it remains one of the few independent, family-owned distilleries in Ireland, committed to traditional craft methods.
