A bone-dry Finger Lakes Riesling defined by pure stony minerality
This exceptional dry Riesling showcases the unique cool-climate terroir of Seneca Lake with vibrant tension and crisp energy. It reveals a highly focused palate of stony minerality, juicy stone fruit, and a persistent, saline-flecked finish.

Co-founded in 2011 by French winemaker Louis Barruol of Chateau de Saint Cosme in Gigondas alongside partners Richard Rainey and Justin Boyette, Forge Cellars bridges Old World sensibilities with New World cool-climate terroir. Their goal is to put Seneca Lake on the global map for premier bone-dry white wines.
Forge Cellars was established to craft bone-dry Rieslings and Pinot Noirs that reflect the intense, diverse terroirs of Seneca Lake. The winemakers employ artisanal, low-intervention techniques, including native yeast fermentation and minimal sulfur, to preserve absolute purity of place.
