The Dr. Fischer estate was revitalized through a joint venture with the historic South Tyrolean winery Tenuta J. Hofstätter, led by Martin Foradori Hofstätter. Combining Mosel tradition with modern innovation, they created the Steinbock Zero line to offer a sophisticated, alcohol-free alternative that retains regional integrity.
Crafted at the historic Dr. Fischer estate in Germany's legendary Mosel region, where steep slate slopes provide ideal ripening conditions for Riesling. This expression undergoes careful vacuum distillation to gently extract the alcohol while preserving the delicate aromas of the grape.
