Legendary Highland single malt finished in rare oloroso sherry butts
An outstanding representation of The Dalmore's signature style, this single malt is aged for nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being split, with half finishing in rare 30-year-old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem oloroso sherry butts. The result is a complex and full-bodied dram featuring citrus notes, rich chocolate, and warm winter spices.
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a brandied cherry.

The legendary Mackenzie clan took over the distillery in 1867 and introduced the iconic 12-point Royal Stag emblem that adorns every bottle, a symbol of royal favor granted to their ancestors. The Dalmore Distillery was established in 1839 by Alexander Matheson and is located on the shores of the Cromarty Firth in the northern Highlands of Scotland.
