First distilled in 1779 by the Cork Distilleries Company, the whiskey was originally known as Cork Distilleries Company Old Irish Whiskey. It was later renamed in honor of Paddy Flaherty, a legendary and exceptionally successful salesman who traveled from pub to pub buying rounds for customers.
This storied Irish whiskey is produced using the traditional triple-distillation method in copper pot stills. It is aged in oak casks within historic Irish warehouses, developing its signature light and approachable character over years of maturation.
