Zesty Sardinian citrus meets slow-distilled exotic gunpowder tea
This exotic gin elevates the traditional Irish gunpowder tea recipe with the vibrant, sun-ripened addition of rare Sardinian citrus. The result is a brilliantly bright spirit that layers fresh, zesty citrus notes over exotic spices and a delicate green tea warmth.

The Shed Distillery was established in 2014 by PJ Rigney, an adventurous spirit maker who sought to fuse traditional western distillation with exotic botanicals discovered during his global travels. Settled in the wild lands of County Leitrim, it was the first slow-distilling distillery to open in Connacht in over a century.
Handcrafted at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Ireland, using medieval copper pot stills to slowly distill the botanicals. The addition of Citrus mostruosa, a rare and knobby citrus fruit endemic to Sardinia, brings a unique Mediterranean brightness to this Irish masterpiece.
