Founded in 1809 by Emmanuel Courvoisier and Louis Gallois in Paris, the brand quickly earned elite status, eventually being named the official supplier to the Imperial Court of Napoleon Bonaparte. Today, it remains one of the world's standard-setting Cognac houses.
Crafted at the historic Courvoisier distillery & production estate in Jarnac, France, this Cognac is distilled in traditional copper alembic stills. The eaux-de-vie are aged in proprietary French oak barrels crafted from trees selected from sustainable forests.
