Founded in 2012 by Kaveh Zamanian, Rabbit Hole was born out of a passion to challenge traditional whiskey-making norms. Zamanian married his love for traditional Kentucky bourbon heritage with modern, innovative mash bills to create unique, award-winning expressions.
Distilled, aged, and bottled in the heart of Louisville, Kentucky at a state-of-the-art distillery & rickhouse. It is crafted in small batches using a custom-made copper column still and aged in toasted and charred new American oak barrels.
