Casamigos was founded in 2013 by long-time friends George Clooney, Rande Gerber, and Mike Meldman. Originally created as a private collection to share with family and friends, the brand quickly expanded to bring its signature ultra-smooth profile to the public.
This artisanal mezcal is crafted in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, using traditional methods where agave piñas are cooked in earthen pits. The liquid is twice-distilled in copper pot stills before bottling as a young, unaged Joven expression.
