Founded in 2011 by Todd Hardie, a lifelong beekeeper, and Ryan Christiansen, a passionate distiller, Caledonia Spirits was born from a desire to showcase the agriculture of Vermont. Their partnership culminated in using raw, cold-settled wildflower honey to create spirits that honor the hard work of local honeybees.
Handcrafted at Caledonia Spirits' custom-built distillery and production estate on the banks of the Winooski River in Montpelier, Vermont. The distillation process utilizes a custom-designed extraction still to gently vapor-infuse organic juniper botanicals.
