Founded by PJ Rigney in 2014, The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, was established with a quest to fuse wild Irish ingredients with exotic botanicals discovered during his global travels. Rigney's boundary-pushing vision created the first copper pot distillery in the Connacht province in over a century.
