Founded in London in 1863 by pharmacist James Burrough, Beefeater was named after the iconic Yeoman Warders who guard the Tower of London. Burrough's original recipe, featuring a precise balance of botanicals, has remained virtually unchanged for over 150 years.
Handcrafted at the Kennington Distillery in London, Beefeater is one of the few historic London Dry gins still made in the heart of the city. The production process involves steeping nine premium botanicals for 24 hours prior to distillation to achieve its signature depth.
