First introduced in 1974 by Gilbeys of Ireland, Baileys was born from a creative desire to combine two of Ireland's finest treasures: rich dairy cream and premium Irish whiskey. Led by Tom Jago, the innovators perfected the emulsion process over several years to ensure the whiskey and cream would never separate in the bottle.

Crafted in Dublin, this cream liqueur is produced using proprietary formulation and blending techniques. The cream is preserved naturally by the alcohol content from the triple-distilled Irish whiskey, ensuring a long shelf life without synthetic preservatives.
