Old Crow was originally crafted by Dr. James C. Crow in the 19th century, a pioneer who introduced scientific methods and sour mash standards to Kentucky whiskey-making. Today, this historic brand is distilled at the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky, utilizing the same time-honored sour mash process.
