Nordés was founded in 2012 by a renowned sommelier, a winemaker, and a master distiller who wanted to capture the fresh essence of Galicia in a spirit. Named after the cooling north wind that blows over the Galician coast, the gin represents a revolutionary approach to Iberian distillation.
Crafted in Galicia, Nordés stands apart by departing from traditional grain-based neutral spirits, utilizing a wine-based distillate from native Albariño grapes. This spirit is slow-distilled and infused with eleven botanicals, including six local wild plants.
