This award-winning small-batch straight rye whiskey is distinguished by an exceptionally high 95% rye mash bill. Crafted to deliver an authentic, bold spice profile, it is remarkably smooth and balanced on the palate.
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.

Tom Bulleit founded the Bulleit Distilling Co. in 1987 in Louisville, Kentucky, reviving a high-rye family recipe dating back to his great-great-grandfather Augustus Bulleit from the 1830s. Bulleit Rye is aged in charred American white oak barrels to coax out deep vanilla and woody complexity. The production utilizes a legendary mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, far exceeding the 51% legal requirement.
