Founded in 2003 by Denis McCarthy, Ger McCarthy, and John O'Connell, West Cork Distillers operates out of Skibbereen, Ireland. From humble beginnings using handmade stills, they have grown into one of the largest independent, family-owned distilleries in Ireland.
West Cork Distillers was established in Union Hall in 2003 by three childhood friends who sought to preserve the traditional art of Irish distilling. Every drop is crafted in County Cork using locally sourced Irish grain and pristine spring water.
