Hardshore750 ml46% ABV

Maine-crafted gin rested beautifully in charred American oak

This exceptional barrel-rested gin starts with a rosemary and mint botanical base, beautifully smoothed by aging in new American oak. The result is a complex spirit offering hints of toasted wood, honey, and bright citrus peel.

The story behind it

The maker

Hardshore Distilling Company was founded by Jordan Milne in Portland, Maine, with the vision of crafting complex, botanical-forward spirits. Operating from their craft distillery, they focus on unique ingredient profiles and small-batch production that highlight the rugged beauty of the Maine coastline.

How it is made

Handcrafted at the distillery & production estate in Portland, Maine, this expression begins with their signature rosemary and mint forward botanical recipe. It is then rested for three to six months in new, charred American oak barrels to introduce warm whiskey-like notes without overpowering the gin's bright character.
