Shake the blended Scotch, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and gently float the Wee Beastie on top.

Ardbeg was officially established in 1815 on the rugged southern coast of Islay, Scotland. After surviving multiple closures in the 20th century, the distillery was revitalized in 1997, earning a global cult following for its heavily peated, beautifully complex whiskies.
Crafted at the historic Islay distillery & rickhouse, this expression purposely bypasses extended wood conditioning to retain its fierce character. It is aged for just five years in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks to highlight the wild, smoky spirit before it is tamed by the wood.
