The story behind it

The maker

Appleton Estate has been crafting premium rum in the heart of Jamaica since 1749. Led by Joy Spence, the world's first female Master Blender, the estate remains dedicated to terroir-driven, estate-distilled rums that capture the vibrant spirit of the island.

How it is made

Distilled in the fertile Nassau Valley, this expression is crafted using spring water filtered through the region's limestone hills. It is aged in selected oak casks for a minimum of fifteen years, developing its complex character in the intense Jamaican climate.
